2002 Chrysler Pt Cruiser Front Left View
One of the most radical Cruiser mods we've seen is the HemiCruiser project, under construction at Automotive Innovations (AI) in Michigan. There are two HemiCruiser projects in the works, actually. AI owner Nick Gavriles is stuffing a Mopar Performance 426 Hemi crate engine into a customer Allen Langford's car, which has already been modified with a PTeazer widebody panel conversion, turning it into a two-door panel delivery. Plus, Gavriles will be fitting a 472-inch Hemi into his own Cruiser. Neither car is destined for the race or show circuit; both are being built as drivers. As you might guess, the transformation is more than a little complex.
